Initial 60 minute video chat with a recruiter about the role and the company.
60 to 90 minute technical deep dive with potential teammates, including detailed questions and possibly a live assignment.
30 minute check-in with the HR manager to align expectations and discuss administrative details for an offer.
For some roles, an additional assignment that is paid if it requires significant time to complete.
