Description summary
- You join an early-stage construction tech company building an AI-powered site management platform where field crews talk to an assistant via WhatsApp to log site events in real time.
- You work remotely full time within GMT +/- 3 hours on a senior Laravel contract (with a path to permanent employment) earning €5,000 - €7,000 per month depending on experience, location, and suitability.
- You own end-to-end features across the stack, including AI agent development, Filament admin panels, Livewire components, API endpoints, background jobs, and integrations like WhatsApp Business API and construction project tools.
- You collaborate closely with the hands-on CTO and UI/UX designer to make technical decisions, run quick build-test-learn cycles with live construction sites, and contribute to a constructive code review culture.
- You use a modern Laravel stack (Laravel 12, Livewire 3, Filament, Pest, Saloon connectors, async jobs) plus AI tooling such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, Claude Code, and Opencode to ship high-quality, well-tested features quickly.
- You bring 5+ years of deep Laravel experience, strong Filament v4 production work, excellent Pest testing habits, fluent written and spoken English, and a tendency to follow Laravel conventions unless there is a clear reason not to.
- You ideally have experience with LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar), robust third-party API integrations and multi-tenant SaaS, and are open to pair programming, especially at the start.
