Review Emergency Department and Outpatient Observation records and assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, and HCPCS codes using encoder tools while following CMS, AHA, AMA, and AHIMA guidelines. This full-time day shift role is 100% remote, pays $24.05–$36.08 per hour, and requires 2+ years of recent ED/observation coding plus an AHIMA or AAPC credential.
