Description summary
- Join as a mission-driven, fast-learning Technical Support Engineer supporting the Client Research Services (CRS) and Technology teams.
- Act as the first line of technical support for internal teams, streamlining technical operations and improving service scalability.
- Triage and resolve technical support tickets submitted by the Client Research Services (CRS) team, escalating issues to Engineering only when necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRS, Engineering and Product to improve internal tools, processes and systems.
- Work remotely as a Technical Support Engineer while partnering closely with CRS, Engineering and Product teams.
- Help reduce ticket resolution times and contribute to more efficient, scalable service delivery.
- Work with a technology stack that includes Python, JavaScript (Vue.js, Node.js), MongoDB and GraphQL.
- Contribute to technology aimed at combatting disinformation, protecting democracy and supporting sustainable growth of consumer-facing brands.
