Description summary
You will join a product team with a product manager, designer, and engineers. You build and ship user features in Ruby and Ruby on Rails, and use JavaScript when it makes sense. You help with discovery, delivery, support, and you mentor others through clear code reviews and good testing and design. The stack is a Rails monolith with PostgreSQL and Redis on Kubernetes in Google Cloud; you need clear English and work hours that overlap EU time (CET +/- 3h). The role is fully remote with strong work-life balance and a salary of €104,000 - €130,000 a year, plus a learning budget, retreats, and monthly Wellbeing Days.
