Description summary
- You collaborate with the product lead, CTO and engineering team to build and improve software products.
- You design, write and maintain robust, efficient PHP and Laravel code following modern OOP, SOLID and DDD principles.
- You troubleshoot operational and integration issues, debug and fix bugs and continuously improve performance.
- You work with MySQL or MariaDB, handling maintenance, optimization and complex queries for relational databases.
- You use Git, PHPUnit, Redis, Linux, JavaScript and jQuery and you build secure REST APIs using OAuth 2.0.
- You bring at least 5 years of strong experience with PHP and Laravel; experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure is a plus.
- You communicate clearly, collaborate well in a team and can understand English technical documentation and guidelines.
- The role is based on-site in Baku, Azerbaijan with a Monday to Friday schedule between 09:00-18:00 or 10:00-19:00.
