Description summary
You will bridge Customer Support and Engineering to help hosts solve problems faster. You will investigate issues, build internal tools with Laravel and Laravel Nova, and improve automations in Intercom. You will write clear docs, troubleshoot escalations, and work with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to suggest product improvements. You should have proven PHP and Laravel experience, strong written communication, and familiarity with support platforms like Intercom. This is a fully remote role aligned to USA or EMEA time zones, with pay of $81,800 - $107,236 and RSU equity.
