Description summary
You will bridge Customer Support and Engineering to solve tough issues and improve the support experience. You will investigate escalations, build internal tools with Laravel and Laravel Nova, automate workflows in Intercom, and write clear documentation for customers and teammates. You should have proven PHP and Laravel experience and excellent written communication. The role is fully remote with a preference for US or EMEA time zones. Compensation ranges from $81,000 to $107,236, with additional benefits and equity via RSUs.
